Through the years Over the internet it very helpful inside my search for celebrity autographs to go to memorabilia shows and conventions. There are lots of shows over the UK and it is really worth a trip in case you are selling autographs or buying autographs to consider a weekend out and go to a show or autograph convention.
In November We are gonna the Memorabilia show on the N. E. C. in Birmingham. The key reason why for my visit is always to collect sporting memorabilia, namely golf memorabilia, tennis memorabilia and increase my variety of historical autographs. Easily have anything left after my hunt for these I will spend it on vintage autographs as there are numerous renowned dealers of quite high standing with this show.
Collecting autographs on the doorstep must be among the best things I could think about, normally I must travel a minimum of 150 -200 miles to obtain an autograph opportunity, but at the moment from the year using the run as much as Christmas I could basically stay in your own home and collect music memorabilia, actor autographs, actresses autographs and sport autographs. Why? Because we now have the Panto season, groups and bands touring and also the occasional indoor sports event in Aberdeen, about the one thing I hate concerning this time from the year may be the weather. So a week ago I took to my sleigh(we now have had lots of snow! )#) and fought my way through several blizzards to reach in the AECC stage door just with time to find out JLS emerge the stage door, I acquired out my items and hoped the elements may not force them off signing. Luckily I acquired a signed photo of all of the guys and autographed albums. I have already been very successful through the years in the AECC stage door collecting; tennis memorabilia, signed music memorabilia, boxing memorabilia, football memorabilia and all kinds of collectible memorabilia.
It includes an incredibly collector friendly stage door with that same door I possess collected music autographs, (Bill Wyman being the top) Comedy autographs, (Billy Connolly). In recent times I possess collected many hand signed autographs, autographed photos, signed memorabilia and in many cases collected autographed posters, but only from the summer while they often get soaked and ruined in winter season. Another venue in Aberdeen is His Majesty's Theatre where in recent times there are some very notable acts appearing, back 1952 Laurel and Hardy appeared on stage, unfortunately that had been 6 years before I used to be born! In addition to that famous duo but many famous actors have graced the stage, I used to be luckily enough being with the stage door when Patrick Stewart was performing and he was gracious enough to sign star trek memorabilia, available as several signed photos, a signed star trek poster, many star trek collectables. The skin music concerts there and that i have collected several music autographs from
Robert Cray, Steel eye Span and Tony Christie. On offer at this convention will probably be Dr Who autographs, Dr Who memorabilia and Dr Who merchandise. Should you be a fan in the Doctor this seems like absolutely essential, you can also meet a few of the cast from previous seasons and have Dr Who signed photos and cast signed autographs. This November We are gonna the NEC for the Memorabilia show around the 20th and 21st of November to get some boxing memorabilia and autographed photos.
