They allow you to follow the markets actively, and make trades with a fixed sum of money in order to build up your habits and your system. They let you stick to one specific style without commiting to spending a ton of cash first, and getting used to investing well beforehand.
When will I start seeing profits?
It's a very typical question and it's got a rather mundane answer --- people make money at different rates.
