I am going to put it out there. I Loathe shopping centers.
And before you ask, YES, Iand#39;m female and YES I like shoes.
But I simply canand#39;t stand feeling like cattle going to slaughter when Iand#39;m trapped by flashing signs asserting "50% OFF", "BUY 1 Get 1 FREE" or "LAY BY TODAY".
When they were designing shopping centers, did nobody think that perhaps we simply want to go in there, visit one shop, find our perfect pair of brogues and get out so we can enjoy them? I
nstead we are faced with kilometres of shops, an overpowering sense of despondency and no idea where itand#39;s possible to find that pair of shoes.
As if that isn't bad enough, then there are the unhappinesses that unavoidably come from retail shopping.
Ever discovered the piece of clothing of your dreams in the sale section of your favourite store, only to realise that your size has just been pulled out by the extremely competitive looking lady next to you?
Have you ever called your local store, asking if theyand#39;ve got a pair of shoes that you can not find anywhere, been warranted that they have them and then arrived only to find that, "sorry, we basically made a small mistake"?
Or worst of all, have you found the MOST Extraordinary dress, in your size and your colour, only to find out that it's going for twice your weekly wages?
Retail shopping is exasperating, not to mention pricey.
That ' s why, as of last month, I am officially giving up on retail shopping.
No longer will I walk kilometres to get a dress that doesnand#39;t suit me anyhow.
Never again will I shed a tear over losing that jacket to that frightful looking woman next to me.
What? How am I doing this?
The answer lies in the sector of online shopping.
Online shopping is the new transformation in retail purchasing.
Imagine having access to all of your favorite stores at the click of a mouse.
The web is literally the worldand#39;s biggest store. But , with so many options, you want to be taught how to make the most of your online shopping.
I latterly discovered the joys of online buying clubs.
Put simply , online buying clubs are groups of people who want to have the very best bargains.
As a group, purchasing clubs have bulk purchasing entitlements.
I often get up to 90% off on a large range of products and services. Last week I got 80% off a car service, and managed to save myself considerable money.
After going online, I will never go back.
